Federal Government PIN Number
If you do not know what your Federal Government PIN number is, these instructions will help you obtain your PIN which you signed up for when you filed your FAFSA form.
- First log onto PIN.ed.gov once you arrive at this page you will click the apply now link.
- The next screen you will see you will click next
- On the next screen you will input all of the information required and click next once again.
- On the next screen you must make sure the "I agree" radio button is chosen, then you will click submit.
- Once you have clicked submit, it should bring up a screen that states you already have a PIN; click request duplicate PIN.
- Once you have clicked request duplicate PIN make sure the drop down menu has e-mail selected and click yes.
- When you are finished you should see a screen as below.
