Student Aid Lending Hits New Volume Record for 1st Quarter 2007
Student Aid Lending is pleased to announce two new company records:
1. Highest quarterly volume of new loans.
2. Highest quarterly total dollar funding.
Although the two records go hand in hand, reaching these goals in the 1st quarter, historically being a lower performing quarter, has been the reward to much of our building efforts in 2006. Meeting the increasing demand for students and parents required us to add to our service levels in our Chicago based offices.
Our goal of experienced Student Aid Advisors and ongoing training to ensure the highest level of service to our customers has made increasing staff a challenge. However, our customers have responded positively to the expertise and customized analysis that we offer. Results have been indicative of our training as the 1st quarter of 2007 posted both the largest number of student loans as well as the largest total dollar amounts funded to date.
