Student Aid Lending Surpasses 1st Quarter Benchmarks
Student Aid Lending is proud to report that it has exceeded first quarter's volume of new loans and total dollar funding. This second quarter success can be attributed to many current happenings in federal student loans including legislation changes and july 1st interest rate increases. Due to recent legislation changes, students consolidated their Federal Student Loans before October to preserve all of their federal benefits. Also, many students consolidated before July 1st in order to lock in the lowest interest rate before variable rates increased.
Student Aid Lending is dedicated to keeping our Customer Service competitive and cutting edge. Our increased volume for Second Quarter is a result of ongoing advanced training, keeping our Student Aid Advisors up to date on all the changes in the industry so they can serve our clients in the best possible way.
