Student Aid Lending Announces New Management Training Program
In an effort to meet the increasing demands from our clientele for experienced and knowledgeable staff, Student Aid Lending has launched a new employee based Management Training Program (MPT).
Our MTP will allow college graduates and experienced professionals the opportunity to develop themselves professionally by building skills in: Project Organization, Team Management, Budgeting/Job Costing & Professional Skills. Facilitating a structured environment, individuals accepted into the program and employees approved by their management will gain exposure to the various aspects of Federal Student Aid including:
Customer Relations & Marketing
Operations & Legal
Partnership Relations
Information Technology
Portfolio & Asset Management
Individuals who successfully complete our MTP will be offered the chance to continue their training in the department that best adheres to their strengths and progress to future opportunities in management.
